This thought came to me during worship that the Lord sets a banquet table before us every day and we have to avail ourselves of the delicious specially prepared meals. He's not going to force feed us, we have to come and eat.
The Storehouse has been specially prepared for those who need food and if/when we need it, we must come and avail ourselves of the provision. The table has been set--the Lord is saying Come!

Yesterday I was confronted again with how many people in our region are struggling, and on the edge. How grateful I was that the Lord has put it on your hearts, Storehouse Team, to have this food pantry for our Body!
ReplyDeleteI see this phase of the pantry as the "proto type", and am praying that the Lord will give directions if His intent is for there to be a "phase 2". One that would reach out to a wider group of people. . . . I have no doubt that He will make it clear if and when that step is to be taken. Meanwhile, thank you so much for expressing His heart!
